At Urban Grandeur London (UGL), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can easily return or exchange your order. Please read our returns and refund policies below.

1. Return Policy

Time Frame: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Personalized or custom items.
- Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons).

2. How to Return an Item

Contact Us: Email us at returns@ugl.com or use our contact form to initiate your return. Include your order number and reason for the return.
Prepare Your Package: Pack your items securely in the original packaging.
Send It Back: Ship your package to the following address:

Confirmation: Once we receive your returned items, we’ll inspect them and notify you via email.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and approve your return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., size or color), please contact us at returns@ugl.com to confirm availability.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll cover the return shipping costs and ensure you receive the correct product or a full refund.
